• Shipping Cemetery Items Delivery time is approx 8 weeks on flat granite grave markers and memorial benches and approx 8-12 weeks for Upright Granite Gravestones. AFTER we receive your signed final approval and the Cemetery's approval for the memorial if required, Some memorials could possibly take from 90 - 180 days for Imported Monuments and some custom, family memorials and benches. If the Cemetery has no one on staff to accept the Headstone or it is against their policy to accept headstones, then a business address or local stone setter would be the way to go. The reason for this is- someone must be there to sign for the memorial and to assist the truck driver in unloading the headstone if needed. If no one is there, the freight truck must leave without delivering the Headstone. Also, in some instances if the delivery area is unreachable by our freight company or because the location is impossible to reach with a freight truck, Examples: a hilly terrain, a road too windy or narrow to fit a freight truck, the headstone may be picked up at the nearest freight terminal. Although we will do our very best to assist you, It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure delivery address you give us is correct ,that the item you ordered is allowed to be delivered by freight carrier to that address and someone will be there to accept it. If shipped to a business address and it is refused for any reason, any additional shipping costs to redeliver is the buyers responsibility. If delivery is to a business, then customer assumes all responsibility for ensuring the headstone meets the cemetery's regulations and requirements.
Lights take approx 2 weeks delivery time, depending on stock availability. Shipping is Free Via Ground Shipping for all of these items in the Continental U.S. We ship only Eternal Lights and Memorial Pictures outside the Continental U.S. Shipping fees are extra outside the Continental U.S. Any tariffs or additional charges that your country may charge are not included in the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the purchaser. |
