.Etched Designs
A.  Laser etching is a process in which an image is scanned into a computer and that
scanned image is then transferred onto the grave marker. The laser etching just pierces
the surface of the polished face of the
grave marker. This is why the depth of detail can
be seen on a laser etched grave marker.
It is highly recommended that dark granites especially black granite is used so the
contrast between the etching and the granite surface is maximized.

B..
Custom Etched Designs
Custom etching works on the same principal as laser etching except the etching on the
grave marker is done by an artist by hand with a diamond tipped etcher.
Artists can do custom personalized work that a laser machine can not do.

3.Lithochrome Dye
Litho as it is called is a dye that can be added to your
grave marker.
It can be added to the lettering to make it pop, or to enhance a sandblast design or can
be added by the artist while doing etched designs to add colors to the scene or picture.
